Odoo (CRM): All leads submitted through our forms are stored in our Odoo customer-relationship management system so our team can follow up.
Hosting & infrastructure providers: Vercel hosts the Site and Cloudinary serves images. These providers process technical data strictly to deliver the Site.
Professional advisors: Attorneys, accountants, and insurers when reasonably necessary.
Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Business successors: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Inactive leads may be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period.
