This Policy applies only to the Site. It does not govern the property management services we provide to clients under separate written agreements (e.g., our Master Services Agreement), which may contain their own confidentiality and data-handling terms.

- Odoo (CRM): All leads submitted through our forms are stored in our Odoo customer-relationship management system so our team can follow up.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers: Vercel hosts the Site and Cloudinary serves images. These providers process technical data strictly to deliver the Site.
- Professional advisors: Attorneys, accountants, and insurers when reasonably necessary.
- Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
- Business successors: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Inactive leads may be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

To submit a CCPA request, email info@ec-management.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
